SafelyEngaged is a legal and technology firm based in Colonia Nápoles, Mexico City. It was founded by three specialists — corporate law and compliance, litigation and real estate, and technology — with a shared conviction: the best defence is the one prepared before the problem exists.

Its motto, “with the support of science and the inspiration of law”, describes how it works: every case is analysed at the same table by corporate and criminal lawyers, cybersecurity engineers and anti-money-laundering specialists, so the client gets a complete diagnosis and a single firm accountable for everything.

Its services are split into preventive (due diligence, AML, criminal compliance, contracts and tenders, audits and cybersecurity) and operational (real estate, corporate contingencies, outsourced legal/IT/AML back office, IT resources and crisis management). It also advises on business mobility — visas, residency, companies and taxation — between Mexico, Spain and Poland.
