NOB

NOB — Naturalna Organizacja Biznesu — is an accounting and tax system for micro and small businesses in Poland (sp. z o.o. and sole traders), developed by HolaPolska! in 2026. Every morning it tells the owner what to do: issue KSeF invoices in one click, reconcile the bank and prepare declarations such as JPK_V7M, VAT-9M, CIT/PIT advances, ZUS and PCC-3.

It is not SaaS: you download it and install it on your own hosting in about ten minutes, so the database, documents and bank data stay wherever you decide. With Ollama the AI also runs on your own infrastructure; its assistant, Savia, answers questions in plain language, checks your books and Polish law, and never invents numbers.

Under a human-language interface there is double-entry bookkeeping, 117 versioned tax rules, 3,800 indexed articles of law and a nightly auditor. It speaks Polish, Spanish, English, Ukrainian, German and Russian — ideal for foreign founders who do not speak Polish.
